" Spacious two bedroom semi-detached bungalow in a residential area in the heart of Kinlochbervie.

DESCRIPTION 5 Bervie Road is a spacious semi-detached bungalow which sits in a residential street overlooking Kinlochbervie Harbour. The large living room has an attractive fireplace and views of the harbour. There are two spacious double bedrooms, a country-style fitted kitchen and a recently refurbished wet-room. There is ample storage space. The property has garden on three sides and on-street parking. LOCATION Kinlochbervie is a harbour village in north-west Sutherland. The area is known for its outstanding scenery, particularly its white sand beaches, mountains and also for the increasingly popular North Coast 500 route. There are also excellent sporting activities such as mountaineering, climbing, hill-walking, fishing and water sports near by. Amenities in the village include primary and secondary schools, a medical centre, general store, post office and petrol station. DIRECTIONS From Inverness, follow the A9 north. Turn onto the A836 at the roundabout after Tain. At Bonar Bridge, turn left where signposted to Lairg. At Lairg, take the A838 to Laxford Bridge. At Rhiconich, turn left onto the B801 as the road turns down the side of Loch Inchard. Continue through Kinlochbervie and turn left towards the harbour. Take the first turning on the left into Bervie Road. No.5 is the 3rd house on the right. Steps lead from the street to a paved path which leads to the back door and round the side of the house to the front door. Two steps lead to an open porch with a white PVC door with a glass panel. HALL 5.28m x 1.87m
