" This attractive stone built property occupies a quiet location on the outskirts of the village of Durness and benefits from far reaching views. Built in 1835, extended in 1908 and further extended and modernised in 1998, the property is semi-detached to the operational school which currently caters to only 11 pupils. The spacious accommodation retains many original features which lend character and charm to the property. Accommodation comprises sun lounge, lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility room, bathroom, shower room and three bedrooms. Garden ground to front, side and rear which is laid to a combination of lawn and gravelled terraces. A large greenhouse and two timber sheds are included in the sale.

The village of Durness lies approximately 95 miles north west of Inverness.
