" Kindeace House West is a substantial property laid out over four floors and occupies almost half of the original Kindeace House. Built circa 1750's the property is a C-Listed building which has been sub divided to create a very generous home. Although renovated to a high standard the property still retains much of its original charm and character including high ceilings, cornices, deep skirting's and window shutters. Viewing is highly recommended for the discerning viewer to fully appreciate the extent of the living space and the generous garden grounds. Given the layout of the accommodation this property could easily be divided to create a separate living space with its own access.
