" Auldearn is a pretty hamlet lying 2.5 miles to the east of Nairn. It provides a village shop and a highly acclaimed primary school. This attractive property wihich is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac just off the High Street, and provides ease of access to local facilities and also to the A96 Inverness to Aberdeen road would make an ideal investment buy-to-let property or first time home. The accommodation is all well proportioned and benefits from gas fired central heating. There is a pleasant enclosed garden to the rear.
Nairn, approximately 2.5 miles distant, is a thriving sea side town, with beautiful sandy beaches, a busy harbour and two championship golf courses. The town has excellent primary and secondary schools and there are a wide range of shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants as well as a Community and Art Centre, a State of the Art Hospital and Police Station. There is an abundance of leisure facilities including tennis and squash courts, indoor and outdoor bowls and a fitness centre with an indoor swimming pool.
