" Early viewing is recommended for this desirable three bedroom semi-detached home, located in a well established residential area. Benefiting from a large garden to the rear and a newly fitted contemporary kitchen and bathroom, the property will appeal to first time buyers, growing families, retirees and buy to let investors alike. The property benefits from double glazing and gas central heating throughout.

A wheel chair access ramp leads up to the front door, which in turn opens into the entrance vestibule and inner hall.
