" Hidden Gem! - This exceptionally spacious detached bungalow, doesn't give much away, as much of the accommodation is hidden from view.

The property, which is extended to both the side and rear, is set in beautifully landscaped corner plot gardens, which back onto open farmland. The bungalow is presented in very good order throughout and is bound to have wide appeal.

The bungalow is situated in a small cul de sac of similar properties on the edge of the village of Troston and backs onto open farmland to the rear. Troston is a small village with a strong community feel, with the village pub having recently reopened.. The larger villages of Honington (2 miles) and Ixworth (3 miles) provide a more comprehensive range of amenities. The historic market town of Bury St. Edmunds in around 7 miles away, where you will find an extensive range of educational, recreational and shopping facilities.

As previously mentioned the bungalow has been substantially extended and is somewhat larger than the front elevation might suggest. The accommodation, which benefits from oil fired central heating and upvc glazing, is decorated in a neutral colour scheme, with large windows adding to the feeling of light and space.

The entrance porch leads into a spacious entrance hall and to a cloakroom. The kitchen is fitted with an extensive range of cupboards, worktop surfaces and appliance space and in turn leads to the useful utility room which has doors into the garden and garage. The dual aspect lounge/dining room leads into the garden room. To far side of the property is a large triple aspect sitting room, with feature fireplace and views over the superb gardens.

The bungalow was originally designed as a 3 bedroomed property but is currently laid out as having 2 double bedrooms and a large dressing room, although the 3rd bedroom could easily be reinstated if desired.

From Bury St. Edmunds proceed north along the A143 Diss Road. On reaching Great Barton continue through the village to the Bunbury Arms Public House and turn left at the crossroads, signposted Troston & Great Livermere. Continue into open countryside. At the T junction in Great Livermere turn right, then stay on this road to Troston. On reaching the village Paddock Way will be found to be the first turning on the left.
