On the first floor the landing has a landing window, access trap to the roof space and double airing cupboard housing the insulated hot water cylinder and slatted shelving. The master bedroom has a window to the rear elevation and double wardrobe cupboard. The second bedroom also has a window to the rear elevation and double wardrobe cupboard. The third bedroom has a window to the front elevation and the bathroom is well fitted with a panelled bath with a shower over, pedestal wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Outside
There is a shingle driveway to the rear of the property providing ample car parking, in front of the single garage which measures 18'8" x 9'2" with metal up and over door to the front and power and light connected. Upon entering the village of Barningham and reaching the village stores on the right, turn right into Church Lane passing the primary school on the left hand side and the Royal George public house on the right hand side and just past the Parish Church turn left into Church Gardens where the property will be found on the left hand side.
