A substantial, extended, three bedroom detached house in this desirable road in Bradenham, a mid Norfolk village located in the triangle between Dereham, Watton and Swaffham. Each of these surrounding communities has a good range of amenities while the village itself has a pub and Post Office service.

Ground Floor 
Hallway entrance with carpet floor and doors to bedroom three/study, kitchen, bathroom and lounge. First Floor 
To the first floor is a small landing with carpet floor and doors to the two bedrooms and a shower room, which has half tiled walls, W.C. vanity sink unit, large shower tray with electric shower, velux window. Leave Dereham past Toftwood on the A1075 and proceed through Shipdham. On leaving Shipdham, turn right on to the Bradenham Road. Enter the village of Bradenham and turn right at the village green onto Mill Street. The property will be on the right hand side shortly before the small bridge.
