" Located on a small development surrounded by mature trees in the village of Shipdham is this detached residence, built by the renowned developers Abel Homes. The home is fuelled by gas fired central heating with many energy saving qualities including triple glazing and solar panels. In addition the property has five years remaining on the NHBC and internally is finished to a high standard throughout.

Upon entering the home is the main entrance hall which provides access into a good sized dual aspect living room. Next is the second reception room which could be used as a potential 5th bedroom if required. The kitchen/dining room comprises a modern fitted kitchen with integral appliances and patio doors leading out to the rear garden. There is a WC and separate utility which has space for a washing machine and leads into the integral garage which could be used for further accommodation (STPP). Upstairs there are four bedrooms, the master having an en-suite shower room, and a family bathroom.

Dereham is just five miles from and has a wide range of facilities and amenities, whilst the city of Norwich is approximately twenty miles away, including a main line rail link to London's Liverpool Street station and an international airport. Attleborough railway station is approximately 9 miles away with a regular service to Cambridge, London and Stanstead airport. The village of Bradenham is conveniently situated near Shipdham and has a large village green with a children's play area, an active village hall, two churches (one being medieval) and a village pub. Furthermore, there is a very active and well-known cricket club playing on the village green as well as a bowls and football club.
