" Rarely will you find such a wonderful garden and family home in a town centre property. This 1960's family chalet has been almost entirely rebuilt since it was damaged by fire. This has brought about a 'good as new' town centre home but one with the benefit of this extensive plot. The ground floor briefly comprises 23ft living room, dining hall, 22ft kitchen/breakfast room, large bathroom and double bedroom

(which would make an excellent play room). The first floor has three further bedrooms in addition to the shower room, whilst the landing would make a suitable study area. Everything is 'as new' with neutral décor, cream modern 'Howdens' kitchen, new floorings, skimmed ceilings and new bathroom fitments. The property has been completed with new gas central heating, double glazing throughout and up to date wiring throughout.

The outside is also perfect for families. There is a large driveway with parking for numerous vehicles and flint stone covering, garage, further concrete base ready for outbuildings and the long mature garden - an absolute playground for children and teens.
