Situation

Located in a central position within close proximity to the town centre the property is found on a small and quiet road surrounded by similar attractive properties built in the 1980?s. Masefield Road lies just to the east of the town centre and forms one of a few roads all built by the same developer at a similar time and has pedestrian access to both the high street and railway station. The historic market town of Diss is found on the south Norfolk borders within the beautiful countryside surrounding the Waveney. The town offers an extensive range of day to day amenities and facilities with the benefit of a mainline railway station with regular/direct services to London, Liverpool Street and Norwich. For the motorist there is easy access to the A140 with Norwich lying approximately 26 miles to the north and Ipswich respectively 26 miles to the south.

The property was originally built in the mid 1980?s by respected developer Derek Ingram and is of traditional brick and block cavity wall construction under an interlocking tiled roof with replacement sealed unit double glazed windows and doors. The property is heated by gas central heating via radiators and has been well maintained over the years. It is understood that the property was originally the show house and as such benefits from more off-road parking in comparison to neighbouring properties.
