The Property
Number 32 Back Hills is one of a number of detached bungalows built in approximately 1985. They are constructed of traditional brick and block cavity wall construction under an interlocking tiled roof. A spacious entrance hallway is the first room you will enter and provides access to all rooms. The hallway has two large storage cupboards and a doorway leading through into the sitting room. The sitting room measures 14'2'' x 12'4'' with patio doors which lead into the conservatory. Having been built approximately 8 years ago of UPVC upon a brick/concrete base, the room is ideal for dining or enjoying the afternoon sun. The kitchen has a range of wooden style wall and base units with a window overlooking the front garden. The room has a tiled floor, tiled splash back and plumbing for a washing machine and space for fridge/freezer. Furthermore, the room also has a stainless steel sink, built in oven and four ring hob with extractor over. A utility room has been added to the side of the property providing extra storage space and connects to the kitchen. The property has two bedrooms of which both can accommodate double beds. The master bedroom is to the rear of the property and benefits from a selection of built in wardrobes. The shower room is fully tiled and has a large shower cubicle with sliding door. There is a tiled floor with a pedestal hand wash basin and low level wc, both in white. An obscure window looks to the front aspect.

Outside
To the front of the property is a tarmac driveway which provides parking for up to four vehicles and which leads up to the single garage. The garage itself has an up & over door, power, light, window and personnel door into the garden. A gateway provides access to the rear garden which has been lovingly landscaped by the current owners. There is a lawned area, large patio and an array of flower beds. In addition, a walkway leads around the garden and up to the summer house. There is plenty of space for a garden shed.
