Situation - Located to the south of Harleston and being within walking distance to the town centre the property enjoys a most pleasant outlook over the green and communal playing field to the front. Harleston is a popular and well established market town found close to the beautiful countryside surrounding the Waveney valley on the South Norfolk borders. A popular attraction of the town is the local market held every Wednesday selling fresh/local produce. The town of Ipswich is approximately 23 miles to the south and the city of Norwich is respectively approximately 22 miles to the north, both along the A140.

Continue along this road for five or six miles until reaching the roundabout, take the first exit left signposted towards Harleston along Needham Road. Continue along this road until coming into Harleston. On coming into Harleston proceed along the one way street through the town centre and follow road right and turn onto Broad Street. Turn left onto Old Market Place which turns into Mendham Lane. Continue along Mendham lane taking the second proper turning right onto Bullfinch Drive. Proceed along Bullfinch Drive turning left and following the road round to the right after which the property will be found after a short distance on the left hand side, marked by the estate agent's board.
