" This attractive cottage style modern four bedroom house is situated close to the town's facilities, overlooking a small green in a quiet close and offers well planned accommodation, with the addition of a garden room overlooking the pretty paved rear garden.

The Property
Entering the front door into the lobby, there is a cloakroom to your right and a door leads into the hallway where the stairs rise to the first floor.

There is a marble fireplace housing a gas fire and French doors open into a lovely garden room, which overlooks the pretty paved rear garden and can be used all year round.
