" Stepping inside the front door you find a wide staircase leading to the first floor, a sliding door takes you into the dining room which has been opened up and takes you through to the rear sitting room, but can be separated by folding doors. This front reception room has a window to the front aspect.

The rear sitting room benefits from a tiled open fireplace and a further window to the rear. A glazed door leads out to a side hall and a door giving you access to the side garden, this has been used as the main entrance door. A door takes you into a large useful understairs pantry/store. Leading off the side hall is a separate W.C. and then onto the kitchen.

The kitchen has a large window to the side and is fitted with a range of wall and base cupboards, a single drainer sink unit and space for a cooker. A door to the rear opens into the bathroom comprising of a panelled bath and wash basin with part tiled walls and heated towel rail.

The first floor landing has a window to the side and a built in airing cupboard. There is another cloakroom with w.c. and wash basin with a small window.
