The Property
The front door welcomes you into an entrance lobby and then into the spacious entrance hall. Here the airing cupboard and a further built-in cupboard can be found where the Worcester gas central heating boiler is housed. There is also a cloakroom with w.c. and hand basin. A glazed door opens into the dining room with a window to the rear and a door to the kitchen. This is a good size and fitted with a range of wall and base units, sink unit and electric cooker point. Windows can be found to the side and rear and a door takes you out to the rear garden.
