" This three bedroom terraced house has the benefit of a large rear garden with plenty of off road parking and situated close to a primary school with no onward chain. Ideal for first time buyers or a rental investment.

The Property
The front entrance door opens into the lovely light sitting room with an open staircase to the first floor bedrooms. The fire place which is currently not being used could house a wood burning stove. There is a useful understairs cupboard and a door takes you into the kitchen This has been recently re-fitted with wood effect cupboards and include slide out larder shelving a built in gas hob, electric oven and an extractor hood. There is plumbing for a dishwasher and washing machine. The rear lobby houses the gas central heating boiler and a door to outside. The bathroom is fitted with a bath having a shower attachment, w.c. and small hand basin.
The master bedroom is a good size and could easily accommodate an en-suite bathroom, there are also two nice sized children's bedrooms.

To the front of the house there is a block paved parking area with further parking accessed by a lane to the rear of the garden, here double gates open into the long rear garden and provides plenty more parking. The garden is mainly lawned with a large paved terrace immediately behind the house. 

Location
Halesworth provides many independent shops, public houses, restaurants, doctors, vets and a supermarket. It has a thriving arts centre for the community called The New Cut which is used as theatre, cinema, and for exhibitions and workshops. There is a train station with links to London Liverpool Street.
