" This red brick semi-detached house has been completely renovated to provide immaculate and deceptively spacious accommodation. Situated in a lovely quiet rural location with excellent views over surrounding countryside, yet just a couple of miles from the market town of Halesworth and is being offered chain free.

The Property
Entering the property through the front door you find a small lobby with stairs rising to the first floor, a door takes you into the living room which enjoys views over the deep front garden. The Kitchen is a good size where there is plenty of room to eat and has been fitted with a good range of white wall and base cupboards and a stainless steel sink. There is a lovely big pantry with a matching base cupboard. The bathroom is next and has been re-fitted with a bath having a shower over and hand basin, there is also a chrome heated towel rail. The walls have stylish PVC panelled splash backs. There is also a separate w.c. with a hand basin. The utility room is to the rear and again fitted with base cupboards with plumbing for a washing machine and a inset sink. A door leads out to the rear garden.
Off the first floor landing are three bedrooms all enjoying lovely open countryside views and a recently installed toilet with a wash basin. The property now has oil central heating and new carpets or lino throughout.  

Outside
The property is set back from the road with a deep front garden laid to shingle and interspersed with shrubs and trees. A long tarmac drive take you up to the house and runs to the side leading to a single detached garage in the rear garden. There is also a useful brick workshop/store with power connected. The garden backs onto fields with lovely views over the surrounding countryside.

Cookley is an small attractive village just two miles to the west of the market town of Halesworth which provides many independent shops, range of schools, public houses, restaurants, doctors, vets and a supermarket. It has a thriving centre of arts for the community called 'The Cut' which is used as a theatre, cinema, exhibitions and workshops. There is a train station with services to London Liverpool Street via Ipswich. The unspoilt heritage coastline of Suffolk with the lovely beaches of Southwold and Walberswick are a 25 minute drive away.
