" An excellent modern family house with three bedrooms and an en-suite to the master bedroom. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, within walking distance of schools and the town centre. 

Accommodation comprises:

The Property
Opening the front door takes you into the hallway where a cloakroom can be found to your right, fitted with a w.c. and wash basin. On your left is the kitchen which is fitted with cream wall and base cupboards and include a built-in electric oven and hob with an extractor over. There is also room to eat with a small table and chairs. The gas central heating boiler is housed in a wall cupboard. 'Karndean' tile effect flooring is fitted.
The good sized sitting/dining room is located to the rear and has sliding patio doors leading out to the garden, there is also a window to the rear aspect. A built-in cupboard under the stairs houses the 'boilermate' water cylinder. This room is also fitted with 'Karndean' wood effect flooring.
Leading off the hallway are the stairs which take us to the first floor landing. Here we find three bedrooms, all have built-in wardrobes and the master has a en-suite shower room with a large shower cubicle with a rain fall shower and a stylish oblong wash basin. There is a heated towel rail and the walls are fully tiled.
The family bathroom is fitted with a w.c., wash basin and bath with a shower over. The walls are partly tiled and there is a shaver socket and an extractor.


 

Outside
The front garden is lawned and a path leads to the front door. The rear garden is fully enclosed with timber fencing giving a good family space. There is a decked area immediately to the rear of the house and the rest of the garden is lawned. A gate to the rear gives you access to a brick detached single garage, with an up and over door and power is connected. Immediately in front of this you have off road parking.
