" Double fronted semi detached five bedrooms family home. Set in a prominent position with the rise cul-de-sac. This house has been home to the current owners for almost nine years, the lounge diner is light and bright and runs the full length of the house and has access to the rear garden. The extensive kitchen measures over 18ft in length which can be a great area for cooking and eating. Also internal door through to integral garage and the downstairs wc. Upstairs the property feels very spacious with five bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and family bathroom. The loft is currently standard but has the potential to be converted subject to usual planning consent. To the exterior of the property the rear garden has a shrub border providing privacy and at the far end of the garden is an out building measuring approximately 20ft by 14ft with power and lighting. To the front you have off street parking for two to three cars. The location is great for the station and transport facilities and local shops.

The main reason we bought this house was the location, I can leave my front door and walk to the station within ten minutes which was the main requirement when looking for a new home. The second reason was the size of the house, five bedrooms was a real bonus and the exterior space matches the size of the home with off street parking and a good size rear garden. Since living here we have been really lucky with really nice neighbours.
