" If you want a home you feel proud to drive up to this one really does have kerb appeal, and it only gets better once inside. The current owners have spent a considerable amount of time and effort on the renovation of the property. The plot is a great size for further potential still as is the cellar which stretches the full length of the property. Upon entering the property the front reception room feels grand with sash bay window, stone fireplace, solid wood flooring and high ceilings. The second reception has equal amount of character, is slightly smaller in size and has cast iron fireplace with solid wood flooring. From the entrance hallway you step down to the kitchen which has been fully re-fitted by the current owners and also includes utility room and shower room. The kitchen has all mod cons and built in breakfast bar with integrated fridge underneath. The kitchen work tops are finished in granite and there is under floor heating throughout. Bi-folding doors open out onto the extensive rear garden making this an excellent room for entertaining in the summer. The garden itself feels very private and is not overlooked. It has been landscaped by the current owners. The master bedroom is a great size, it has sash window overlooking the front garden, fitted shower cubicle and sink within vanity unit. And again great character features such as cast iron fireplace and high ceilings.

What the Owner says:

I loved this house the moment I walked into it. The property has so much character and I particularly love the fact that it sits back from the road. In the summer the kitchen/diner is a great room for get togethers, it is not on an equal level to the reception rooms and you can open the bi-fold doors to the rear garden which is really secluded. We did consider making the cellar into a cinema room, but it could be whatever you wanted it to be.
