" A superb contemporary apartment which benefits from having its own south facing garden. The property is newly converted from a detached Victorian house, and whilst the designers have kept many original features they have managed to sympathetically add a contemporary twist.

The main living space is open plan, giving a real sense of space and light, which is maximised by the double height ceiling in the kitchen area and subtle lighting and neutral colours throughout. The kitchen is fitted with white gloss units and "Smeg" appliances. Double doors open onto an enclosed south facing garden which makes an ideal space for summer entertaining. The sitting / dining room and bedroom retain the original floorboards, column radiators and sash windows with cafe shutters which all add to the charm. The bedroom is a nice size double room, with original fireplace and large sash bay window, making it a lovely relaxing retreat. There is a wet room with metro style tiling and heritage style suite, in keeping with the style of the apartment.

There is a 15' x 14' cellar which could be made more use of. Presently a good storage area, but offering potential.

The apartment is situated on Queens Road itself, just a short walk from the Central Line station giving direct links to the City and West End. Shops, cafes, restaurants and Epping Forest are all close by.
