" Turpins Lane is set in a lovely rural location just off Manor Road and moments away from Chigwell Station and Woodford Green Station.This home has been refurbished to a very high standard with the most fabulous kitchen. The lounge overlooks a lovely decking which is wonderful for breakfast first thing in the morning. The garden is easy to maintain and is a wildlife haven.The bedrooms are all double bedrooms and the home benefits from a lovely loft room and family bathroom. The home is ideal for a family or couple and the new owners will be very lucky as there is absolutely nothing to do throughout; everything is ultra modern.The surrounding area is a haven of restaurants, pubs and local amenities. The countryside is moments away. Westfields is just a short train journey away via the Central Line. You really do have everything your heart desires on your doorstep.

Our family really enjoy living here; my children love our garden and spend a lot of time playing there. We have a wonderful size kitchen which has all modern appliances and beautiful granite work surfaces. I spend a lot of time in here and my children love sitting at the island eating their breakfast. Our bedrooms are all such good sizes and having a wet room off our master bedroom is fantastic. My husband enjoys road running in the area and we all frequently go to Hainault Forest for Sunday afternoon strolls.West Hatch School is two minutes up the road so we feel our home is ideal for a family. My favourite room is my kitchen.
