" Situated in Chigwell Village opposite the village green is this three bedroom semi detached cottage, ideal for someone who loves character and convenience.The ground floor living area is ideal as it has two reception rooms and a place to hide away if you like a study or work from home.The second reception room leads onto the kitchen which overlooks a south facing garden. The property has a downstairs bathroom and an ensuite shower room to the master bedroom so no need to fight over the bathroom in the mornings.Upstairs, there are three good size bedrooms and as earlier mentioned an ensuite. The property needs some tender love and care so it's ideal for someone to put their stamp on it.The location is fabulous and convenient as the station and the shops are within walking distance.Also why not drop into the King William for a quick drink and mingle amongst the celebrities.

My son Terry and I fell in love with this three bedroom property as the location was excellent being in the heart of Chigwell Village and within walking distance to the King William pub. I needed the station close by as I worked in London and went out after work a lot, so this location was ideal.The property felt right the minute I walked in, just the right size for me. I needed to give it some tender love and care, which I have, although that was three years ago now.I have been very happy here but I feel it's time for me to move on and start a new project.
