" The Friars is a very spacious house which has been thoroughly modernised throughout.The living accommodation is vast benefiting from a kitchen/diner, 2 reception rooms, formal dinning room, entrance hall and downstairs cloakroom.The upstairs accommodation comprises of four bedrooms, master bedroom with dressing room and en suite bathroom, three further double bedrooms and family bathroom.The garden has a patio area with steps leading to a landscaped garden. The Friars is walking distance of Grange Hill Station and Chigwell Station.

We have extended and refurbished our home throughout to a very high standard, we thought extending the property was great for our two children and really fantastic for entertaining and holding parties as there is so much room. We love living in Chigwell as there is a good number of restaurants and bars we can walk too, and it is also a short distance away from Grange Hill Station were you can get easy access to the City or the West End. Our favourite room is our TV room as the kids can run in and out of the kitchen easily, but we also love the fact we have a formal dining room and reception room which is great for the adults!We hope another family enjoy our home as much we have
