" South Dale is a fantastic opportunity for a first time buyer or a young couple starting off. The house has been completely redecorated throughout, has gas central heating and is fully double glazed. There is a lot of natural light as the apartment benefits from good sized windows. The apartment has its own entrance and two good sized double bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen, reception room with fireplace and its own private garden. The apartment also comes with allocated parking.South Dale is a few minutes walk from Hainault and Chigwell Central Line tube stations, local shops, schools and nurseries. There are various parks and forests in the area with many activities going on so it really feels like a nice community but it's perfect for the City commuter.The local restaurants and bars in Chigwell are very popular. The surrounding areas such as Woodford Green, Wanstead, Abridge and Epping have many award winning restaurants too.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living here due to it being in a lovely little cul-de-sac which is very private. The garden is a perfect place to relax and spend a quiet afternoon with a glass of wine. My apartment is in a great location to get in to the City and the West End and it takes me minutes to get to the station. I enjoy going to the local restaurants and bars and find it a really accessible place to live as you can gain access to the City very easily.I have redecorated throughout and put a new bathroom in. I feel that there is literally nothing for someone to do here. It is a really good sized apartment and I will be sorry to say goodbye.
