We have thoroughly loved living in Fontayne Avenue as it is such a picturesque road and it's especially beautiful in the summer months.We've found that being only a ten minute walk to Chigwell Central Line Station or Grange Hill Station, it's very handy for getting around. It's also very easy to drive to the City every day, so ideal if you work in London like myself.Our living room/conservatory and kitchen overlook our garden which is ideal for our little girl as she loves running around quite merrily playing whilst we can keep a close eye on her sitting in our conservatory.
