" When the current owners bought this property they fell in love with the natural light throughout the house. The large reception with double doors to the kitchen/ diner is ideal for entertaining. The children really enjoy family dinners as they can really get involved in the cooking and still don't miss out on what's happening in the living room! The kitchen has beautiful work tops and a central island which makes cooking meals a pleasure and there is plenty of storage for all those cooking utensils. There is also a utility area to hide away all that washing that needs to be done.Upstairs there are three good size bedrooms which are all neutrally decorated and all rooms are bright and airy. The family bathroom has a shower above the bath which is ideally placed for chilling out on a hot evening as the windows overlook the garden and makes a peaceful end to the day.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our time in Arrowsmith and love having breakfast altogether around our new kitchen bar. We have decorated throughout and the living room and kitchen is where we spend most of our time as a family doing various activities as there is so much room.Our home is lovely and light and has a very pretty garden that we will miss having barbecues in during the summer. This house has been great for entertaining as we have a good size driveway and you can always find a few extra spaces out the front. We hope another family enjoy our house as much as we have.
