" Mapleleafe Gardens is tucked away and the road is nice and quiet. Within a short walk you can access some local amenities and there is also a part nearby.The property itself has been extended by the current owner and this provides ample living accommodation to the ground floor and a new master bedroom with en-suite to the top floor.The property has a good feel inside and the layout is such that on those large family occasions everyone will have space to enjoy themselves but also this property provides some versatility so everyone can retain their independence if they so wish.Having a cloakroom on the ground floor is great for when guests are around but also having a bathroom on the first floor and an en-suite on the top floor means the early morning rush is never a problem.The garage at the rear is some 30ft wide with a pitched roof and power and light connected, so anyone with a hobby will find this would be the perfect place to pursue it.The owners have already moved because they had to change area, so the fact that this property is being offered with no onward chain as well is just the icing on the cake.

We always enjoyed living in Mapleleafe Gardens because the area is so quiet.The extension really made a difference to our family lifestyle and my children has plenty of space to enjoy themselves while I had spare rooms for some peace and quiet and to get on with my work.We love the size of the kitchen because we consider this to be the heart of the home. We are leaving the appliances at the property. The bedroom sizes are fantastic and with the fitted wardrobes already there, we hope that people will make good use of these. I added to master bedroom to the top floor with the en-suite and both myself and my wife loved living at the very top of the house.
