" The first thing that struck me was the size of the property itself and it was clear from the outset that I was about to enter a property unlike no other.
As I entered through the front door I could see that the front porch extension and the front door itself was beautifully decorated and gave a homely feel.
The property felt so spacious when I saw a 25ft kitchen/diner on my right and on the left is a 22ft through lounge. Both rooms attract a good amount of light and are beautifully decorated. The amount of space available downstairs is amazing. The home also has the added benefit of a downstairs toilet and this was only the start.
As I walked upstairs I was amazed even more with what the upstairs has to offer. As well as having a master bedroom that stretches 18ft and with an en-suite, bedrooms 2 and 3 are also of a good size.
It is clear to me that this home is perfect for the growing family or for anyone that wants to move in and do no work as it is immaculately presented throughout.
Chequers Road itself is very quiet and is under a 10 minute walk to the train station and around a 15 minute walk to Loughton High Road.
The garden is around 40ft in length and there is off street parking at the front of the property.
This clearly is a splendid family home which boasts all benefits for all and so an early viewing is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.

What the Owner says:

The main reason we bought this house is because we saw the potential. At the time, the house did not have an extension and needed a lot of work doing inside which we were happy to do.We knew the area was quiet and the other main reason we bought the property were that the schools are all within easy access which was important to us at the time.
We also found it a good location to commute with close transport links and shops nearby.Upstairs we have decorated in neutral colours and the loft has been boarded which makes it perfect to be turned into a 4th bedroom with an en-suite.
