" Ever wanted to be away from noisy traffic but still within walking distance to a well known High Street, well look no further then Deepdene Road. It's position allows you to have the choice of either main line station and a restaurant or shops are never more than 1 mile away. The road itself is quiet and there is a good helpful community. The property has the advantage of being in the catchment area of some very good schools. The current owners are sorry to have to sell but will walk away with 16 years of happy memories. Waking up to the birds, the rustling of the trees and the sun which lights up the whole of the house. The garden has that tranquil feeling which the vendors have appreciated however, this has not stopped them from enjoying the relaxing walks up to the forest and back. The through lounge/diner has been a huge benefit especially when the owners have had gatherings. Those of you that could be potentially starting a family or just want the extra space take note. This house has an extra reception room downstairs which could be used as an office or a quiet lounge. Say goodbye to wanting to use the bathroom as upstairs your family will benefit from having a separate bathroom and toilet and a hallway that gives you that extra space feeling. Book a viewing at your earliest convenience.

What the Owner says:

"We have been in this house a long time and we are sorry to have to sell but we are now downsizing as the family have all grown up and moved out. We have many happy memories and will take them with us. We wish the new owners lots of success and happiness in the property. We have benefited from a great through lounge and the large big garden where we have had some great family gatherings."
