" Situated just off of Valley Hill, this first floor flat is in a great central location, close to Loughton tube station, nearby nature reserve and Loughton high street. With steps up to your own front door, this home has a lot of character. The lounge has solid wood flooring with a cast iron fireplace and fitted shelves in one of the alcoves. The room itself is a very good size and the current owners have also set up a dining area with table and chairs.The kitchen is separate to the lounge and is fully fitted with integrated washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven and hob. The butler sink again fits well with the character of the property and the kitchen window looks out onto the garden. The master bedroom has fully fitted wardrobes, a dressing table and matching bedside units. The second bedroom is a good size with space for a double bed; the current owners use it as a guest room.The rear garden is situated directly at the rear of the property and is approximately 50ft long featuring a decked area, flowers beds and a vegetable patch with the remainder laid to lawn. There is a garage suitable for storage.The whole property has been very well maintained and with such great sized rooms and in a good location, we expect it to be very sought after.

When we saw the flat we knew it would be ideal for our first step onto the property ladder. With the tube station only 5-10 minutes’ walk away, a garden and two good size bedrooms it ticked all the boxes, as well as having some lovely additional features such as the fireplace. We have enjoyed the easy access to the high street, the nature reserve and the short drive to the M25 has been useful when we have wanted to travel further afield to visit family and friends.
