" This property was purchased as a starter home by the current owners and this is what we feel it would be perfect for. The master bedroom is in excess of 18ft long which gives it the potential to be converted into a three bedroom property or you can just to enjoy a great size master bedroom. On the ground floor you have an entrance hallway with an Alarm control unit leading into the front reception room which has wood effect flooring and access into the kitchen/breakfast room.To the front of the property you have off street parking for two cars and shared side access to the rear garden. The rear garden is over 40ft long and is screened to the rear by trees. There is also an outside storage shed. The location was one of the main reasons for the current owner buying the property. Being close to good schools, the forest and a bus stop which takes you directly to Loughton or Debden station. It was perfect for the working week and keeping busy with their son at weekends. As they said there is not many areas where you could have such good access to central London as well as being so close to Epping Forest and the Essex/Hertfordshire countryside.Partly refurbished, there is still the opportunity to put in the kitchen you would like.

We really enjoy living here but it's time to move closer to family and friends. Our neighbours are fantastic and we hope to have the same luxury when we move into our new home. We will miss Epping Forest and the excellent transport links into and around London. We have made a number of improvements to our home and in a way that will allow the new owner(s) to stamp their individual mark on the property.
