" Staples Road is a no through road so it is very peaceful and quiet and the house is under 200 metres away from one of the leading schools in the area- Staples Road School. There are many families trying to enrol their children here for next year so being situated here it would guarantee your child a place. As well as the area being good, the property itself is a beautiful three bedroom detached house with a private secluded feeling from the front.
The home has been completely refurbished by the current owners. The ground floor hosts a modern toilet and shower room as well as a spacious lounge, modern kitchen and conservatory to the rear that opens onto the 100ft rear garden. This is perfect for those summer barbecues and the fact that it is a south east facing garden gives you that extra sunlight. The gem of this property is the excellent sized bedrooms and in addition to this there is loft access that is currently being used as an office. This home has family written all over it and there is so much detail to take in. You are a few minutes walk away from Loughton High Road and about 15 minutes walk from Loughton Train Station so its ideal for the commuter.To top it off, there are stunning views from the bedrooms.

Moving from Camden was a big decision but the location of the house opposite the forest persuaded us to make the move. The proximity to Staples Road School was also a great selling point as we were about to start a family. Since living in the property we have added a conservatory, refitted the kitchen, added oak flooring downstairs and slate in the kitchen. We have also added a ground floor toilet and shower room. As we both work in London, being near the station was essential and this house is only a short walk away from the tube. This was the only house we saw that was opposite the forest but also had a 100ft rear garden. Another main reason why we fell in love with the property were the views from the bedrooms.
