" This is a large end-of-terrace house with five bedrooms all on the first floor. The house has benefited from a double storey extension to the side. This has given the house an additional two bedrooms and an extended kitchen downstairs with a downstairs shower room. The house has a large 30ft through lounge, a conservatory and a utility area. The house has also undergone extensive improvement work such as rewiring, new plumbing, new roof, double glazing and wooden flooring. Outside, the garden is approximately 60ft in length and has a garage to the rear which can be accessed through an access road. This house is in the prestigious North Ilford area of The Drive and very close to Redbridge station. It also has good transport links to the A12 and A406.
This is an excellent house to host family parties in the spacious lounge and a conservatory area.

We bought the house in 1996 and have had a great time living here. Originally we bought the house because of its size and the lovely location. Also we have many family members living close by. The schools are very good and the transport links area brilliant. We are only selling the house because our children have moved out to the Kent area and we miss them so much that we have decided to move closer to them.
