The Leys, together with Spring Bank Avenue and Westwood Avenue, are private roads and form one of the most select residential areas that Hornsea can offer with many substantial detached properties enjoying the mature setting.

    Hornsea itself is a small East Yorkshire coastal town with a resident population of over 8,000.
