" Are you looking for a 4 bed detached family home in a village setting? This house could be perfect for you. Tucked away on a quiet, private road with no through traffic it also boasts an impressive south facing garden complete with its very own vegetable patch. Sounds good? Come and take a look.

The road leading up to this house is shared with just three other properties and as it is a cul de sac it is a very peaceful setting. You also get a real sense of space from the moment you arrive here. The block pave driveway is substantial with ample room for 4 cars and the pitch roofed double garage is situated away from the house with a swathe of lawn running down the far side.
In addition there are areas laid to gravel.

Open the front door and enter the spacious hallway. Double doors to your left lead through to the lounge. The entire family can spread out in comfort here as it runs the full length of the property. Patio doors open out onto the wonderful rear garden. Just imagine opening these wide on a beautiful sunny day and being able to enjoy the view of the great expanse of garden before you.

There's a separate dining room and this also has patio doors opening out onto the garden.

To the right of the hallway is the kitchen. This room has a good range of cabinets and being square shaped it has room for a table. This is useful because although it is nice to have the luxury of a separate dining room it's also good to know, especially with young children, that you can sit them down to eat and still keep an eye on them. Additionally it's also useful for the more grown up members of the family on days when they just want casual dining. The utility room is just off the kitchen and not only provides extra storage and accommodation for your washing machine and fridge freezer but it's also a great area to encourage the children to use as access the house. Whether they are coming in from the garden or arriving home from school they can kick their shoes off here and in doing so not paddle mud etc through the home.

Upstairs are four double bedrooms.
One has fitted furniture to one wall whilst the Master has a full range of fitted furniture plus its very own en-suite shower room. What a luxury this has got to be, especially with a family. No queuing for the facilities for the parents!!

Finally, the glorious south facing back garden. What a treat. Where to start? Outside the patio doors and back door is an area of block paving. The garden stretches out in front of you and has two separate lawns. I am reliably informed that the distant lawn has in the past been used as a volley ball court and a badminton court and has kept the children entertained for hours on end. I think it could also serve very well as a croquet lawn. To your left is a lovely patio area created from sandstone pavers - a fabulous vantage point from which to relax and soak up the sun whilst watching the children play.
There's a brick built barbeque - perfect for entertaining family and friends.
There's such a lot of focus and appetite these days for growing your own vegetables so you'll be delighted to see that you have your very own plot here neatly set out in individual beds. How fabulous to be able to grow your own without the needs to travel to an allotment. The children will love being able to reap the end results and even Mr McGregor would be jealous.
There's also an abundance of flowers, some in raised beds and even a stream at the far end.
