" Attractively priced for early sale this very well presented end town house, built 2003 by Bovis Homes, occupies an appealing position within this popular residential area. The house has a good sized enclosed rear garden, not overlooked from beyond and with parking space being part of the freehold with direct access from that space to the rear garden. An internal inspection is highly recommended to appreciate the accommodation and its presentation and which comprises entrance hall, part tiled cloakroom with w.c., lounge, kitchen/dining room with integrated appliances, two bedrooms including good sized master bedroom and bathroom
