" Brockhampton In a truly idyllic setting with wonderful views across surrounding countryside, this 3/4 bedroom home is tucked out of the way at Brockhampton - a quiet, hidden gem of a village in south east Herefordshire. 2 reception, kitchen, w.c. bathroom. Ample parking, gardens front and rear. Price: ?210,000

DETAILS GENERAL REMARKS
Locate this pretty village on a map and the casual viewer will note that Brockhampton really is tucked out of the way, nestling above a bend in the river Wye, in the south east of the county - a hidden gem of a village and certainly one of those increasingly rare places which is just far enough off the beaten track to allow for quiet enjoyment of the countryside, without being too isolated.
Number 10 Ladyridge is one half of a semi detached property which lies on the edge of the village, sitting in a large plot with gardens to the front and rear. The views, to the front of the property in particular, are superb.
The house was built to provide accommodation for farm workers on the local estate and originally comprised of two reception rooms and two bedrooms. It has in more recent times been altered and extended - with the addition of two small attic bedrooms - to provide accommodation for a growing family. There is a kitchen and cloakroom to the side along with a bathroom on the first floor.
The position and outlook are so appealing that - even if the existing layout of rooms did not suit exactly a prospective purchasers requirements, one could easilly justify making alterations and extensions etc.
Vehicular access to the property is via a short lane to the rear, which serves just four prperties in total, and there is parking sufficient for several cars beyond the back garden. Brockhampton itself - which is perhaps most well know for its ---------------- is by no means remote or isolated with Hereford, Ledbury and Ross On Wye all within easy reach by car. Fownhope provides good local facilities.
