From Ross-on-Wye proceed along the Ledbury Road past the John Kyrle High School to the main roundabout and take the 3rd exit onto the A449 towards Ledbury. At the next roundabout (by the Traveller's Rest) take the 1st exit towards Ledbury. Continue for about a mile then fork left towards Hereford. After a short distance fork left again onto the B4224 (towards Hereford), continue through the village of How Caple then turn left signposted Brockhampton. Take the next turning right signposted Brockhampton Church, continue past the entrance to Brockhampton Cricket Ground and at the T-junction turn left. Proceed past Brockhampton Church and the Parish Hall and the property is located on the right-hand side, as indicated by the Agent's FOR SALE board.

From Hereford leave intially on the A438 towards Ledbury then turn right towards Ross-on-Wye on the B4224. Continue through the villages of Hampton Bishop, Mordiford and into Fownhope.
