" The accommodation is as follows (all room sizes approximate)
To the front of the property there is a gravel driveway with parking and a separate detached double garage with an up and over door, light and power and workshop and storage areas. There is an attractive area of paved patio with herbaceous borders, side access through a gate to the rear garden and outside lighting.

Paving leads to the covered entrance porch and front door. The entrance hall has stairs rising to the first floor, Velux window and a study area.
