" To the front of the property is a pretty garden and off street parking for one car. A covered porch and front door open into the light and spacious entrance hall with under stairs cupboard and coats cupboard.

The sitting room has a delightful box bay window to the front and an archway opens to the spacious dining room with doors leading to the patio and garden.

The kitchen is a pleasant triple aspect room with a range of base units with worktop over inset with stainless steel sink and mixer tap, tiled splashbacks. One of the base units houses the Glow Worm gas fired boiler. There are matching eye level cupboards, integrated appliances include a four ring gas hob and double oven. There is space and plumbing for washing machine and dishwasher and there is space for a free standing fridge/freezer.
