" This charming semi-detached Victorian cottage has been updated whilst retaining many character period features. It is presented in excellent decorative order and benefits from a converted attic room in addition to the two bedrooms. The property is entered through a pretty front door into the dining room. This has a wood veneer floor and a working fireplace with patent chimney and double glazed sash windows. A doorway leads through to the cosy sitting room and on to the galley style kitchen beyond, which has modern light colour fitted units with timber surfaces, a gas hob and electric fan oven. The rear lobby has plumbing for appliances and a door to the cloakroom, with WC and hand basin. A covered side area provides useful extra storage and access through a stable door to the rear terrace and garden. Upstairs, the master bedroom is to the rear with views to the garden and a door to the bathroom, which is fully tiled and equipped with a bath, with shower over, a basin in a vanity unit and WC. The front bedroom has a fitted cupboard and ladder staircase to the converted attic room.
