" An extremely well presented and considerably improved family home with three/four bedrooms, occupying an elevated position with exquisite far reaching views, situated within a no-through road, in the sought after village of Potten End, which is also conveniently located for Berkhamsted town centre amenities and the mainline station.

DESCRIPTION Entry is via a solid oak door which has a frosted glass insert and leads into the bright and airy entrance hall, where the high standard of refurbishment, which was completed in 2017, becomes immediately apparent. This area has a window to one side and space for shoes and coats. There is also an inset foot mat and impressive Kersaint Cobb & Company oak strip flooring which extends through into the kitchen/breakfast/family room. Also from the entrance hall there is access to the cloakroom, which is at the side of the property, comprising low level WC and wash hand basin (all with chrome fittings), part tiled wall and a ceramic tiled floor. The kitchen/breakfast/family room forms the heart of the property and has a part vaulted ceiling with far reaching views. On reaching the Common, at the top, bear right and upon reaching the centre of Potten End, with the Green on the right, continue past the school (on the left) past The Front, which is on the left, and Browns Springs is the next turning on the left.
