" The internal accommodation comprises a bright, double aspect sitting room to the front that offers a character fireplace. It also gives access to the garden through French doors at the rear. Opposite is a separate Dining Room with a serving hatch to the kitchen. The fitted kitchen provides views over the rear gardens whilst providing ample storage cupboards and work surfaces. A doorway to one side gives access to the gated carport. There is also a downstairs shower room, located from the hallway.

Upstairs are four double bedrooms all with built-in cupboards or wardrobes, all of which are set upon exposed hardwood flooring. Servicing the rooms is a well appointed family bathroom.

Situation
Dagnall is situated in a picturesque, unspoilt valley overlooking the Chiltern Hills and is close to the amenities of Ashridge and The National Trust. It has a primary school, two farm shops and a public house. Just two miles away there is the scenic village of Little Gaddesden which benefits from a post office and a pub.

Parts of the village are located in an area of outstanding beauty, with numerous footpaths and bridleways which are easily accessed.

The local town of Berkhamsted is 7 miles away, with an excellent range of schools for children of all age groups, in particular the renowned Berkhamsted Public School. The High Street has an eclectic mix of shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as major retail outlets, including a Waitrose and an M&S Food Hall. Commuter links are excellent, with the mainline station in the town centre providing fast and frequent services to London (Euston 30 minutes approx.) and the north, whilst the A41 bypass links to the M25 (Junction 20 at Kings Langley) and Junction 8 of the M1 is available at Hemel Hempstead.
