The property is situated in a peaceful country lane in the heart of Flaunden village which is in striking distance of Kings Langley, Bovingdon and Chipperfield and their associated schools and amenities. The Situation Flaunden is a highly desirable rural village on the edge of the Chilterns on the Herts /Bucks border, surrounded by many miles of outstanding greenbelt countryside. Old Flaunden was originally located on the banks of the River Chess, with its church built about 1235 by Thomas Flaunden and dedicated to St Mary Magdalene.
