Continue c 5 miles and on entering Princes Risborough at the roundabout continue ahead joining the A4010 sign-posted High Wycombe. Continue until the 50 mph speed limit sign. After ? mile turn right at the junction with Upper Icknield Way. Continue to the next crossroads and take the right hand turn. Rooftree can be found c. 100 yards on your left hand side.
