DIRECTIONS

Head out of High Wycombe on the A40/West Wycombe Road. At the Pedestal Roundabout take the second exit onto A4010/Bradenham Road, continue to follow this road until you enter Princes Risborough, approximately 6 miles. At the roundabout just past the traffic light controlled crossing take the first exit and conitinue onto A4010/New Road, at the Tesco roundabout take the first exit onto Duke Street.  Take the right hand turning past the market square into Church Street, continue round the corner turning left into The Old Garden Centre just before the Church.  The property will be found at the far left hand side.

All administration fees are received on the basis of being subject to contract, references and Landlord’s approval. The only time that this administration fee is returnable is if the landlord decides not to proceed.
