" Entrering the house, into the double height tiled entrance hall, a few steps down leads into the 27 x 16 foot sitting room. This lovely bright room is triple aspect, with fully glazed sliding doors, which open out onto the patio and garden beyond.

To the other side of the entrance hall, can be found the kitchen/breakfast room. Oak kitchen units, with granite worktops line the walls. There is an induction hob, double oven and integrated dishwasher. A small utility area leads off. Accessed from the kitchen is a cloakroom with a large shower and bedroom 3 beyond.
