" An immaculately presented 3/4 bedroom semi-detached family home offering flexible accommodation throughout. The property is positioned within the sought after town of Princes Risborough and is within a short walk of the local High Street which has a number of shops and excellent transport links. The property accommodation comprises of the following, entrance hallway, good sized living room / diner with a door that opens through to the garden room, separate kitchen / breakfast room also with door opening to utility area and rear garden. On the first floor you will find three good sized bedrooms, modern family bathroom and landing with stairs leading to the loft room, which has been converted and is currently being used as a fourth bedroom / study room.
